Shanti has worked in private practice in Los Angeles and Sydney but has spent the majority of her legal practice working inhouse in the Australian telecommunications and technology industry. She was recently listed in the 2019 Doyles Guide as one of Australia's leading inhouse TMT lawyers. Her daily practice has a great emphasis on the quasi legal aspect of being an in-house lawyer such as leadership, driving sound commercial outcomes and improving both the quality and efficient use of legal services. This is underpinned by her open and rigorous analytical style and firm belief in the challenger culture of asking 'why' as a catalyst to find ways to continually improve and as a result provide excellent customer service. Shanti also serves as a Non-Exec Director on boards in the industries of Education and Finance.
Liz is a Principal in KPMG’s Shared Services & Outsourcing practice. Liz leads a team of governance professionals who work collaboratively with clients to accelerate success and mitigate risks. Prior to joining KPMG, Liz was a Managing Director at EquaTerra (acquired by KPMG in 2011), and a Managing Consultant with PA Consulting both in the UK and in the US.Liz works with leaders and key stakeholders in support of their transformation journey and back-office functions. She spends much of her time helping organizations successfully transform functions and processes leveraging third parties or shared service models for service delivery. Liz received her Bachelor of Science from University of Hertfordshire and ITIL Foundation V2 certification.
As CEO of IACCM, Tim works with leading corporations, public and academic bodies, supporting executive awareness and understanding of the role that procurement, contracting and relationship management increasingly play in 21st century business performance and public policy. Prior to IACCM, Tim's business career has involved multiple industries and included executive roles at IBM including a period on the Chairman's staff, leading studies on the impacts of globalization and the re-engineering of IBM's global contracting processes. Tim's writing is extensively published and he has acted in an advisory capacity to government bodies as well as many of the world's largest companies.
Claude has been a leader in the global sourcing domain for over two decades. Prior to SirionLabs, Claude pioneered ISG-TPI's supplier governance solution. During his leadership the practice grew to $11bn in managed TCV. Earlier, Claude was the global leader for contract management and strategic sourcing in GM's $3bn/year ITO organization. Before GM, Claude had leadership roles in the Procurement and IT organizations at The Coca-Cola Company. He is a co-founder and past National Chair of the Society for Information Management IT Procurement Working Groups, a founding member of the ICEX Outsourcing Forum and a Fellow and Honorary Vice Chairman of IACCM.
